libestraier-perl software package provides Hyper Estraier node API Libraries for Perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libestraier-perl
libestraier-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libestraier-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libestraier-perl *
You will get with libestraier-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
